Who we are!

Keyway is a consultancy company formed by a group of experienced Trade Professionals who can offer client companies up to the minute business development assistance which will help guide a new-to-market exporter towards a clear export development plan. This will build a market entry strategy which is right for a specific company, a specific product and a specific market. The result will be a business development proposition which is both sustainable and profitable.

Based in Australia, Richard Harper has previously worked for UK Trade as a Senior Trade Development Manager and as an International Trade Adviser for over 25 years. He has also delivered high-standard corporate training and has experience with his own small business startup. He has been involved in the UK Trade & Investment 'Passport to Export' programme and has helped over 200 UK companies begin to trade profitably in Australia.

Tony has a variety of experience in both big and small business and has run his own Management Recruitment Agency.  Tony is an experienced corporate trainer and understands and teaches the skill sets required to motivate company executives towards a business development capability which will contribute  towards solid bottom line results and deliver profitable export achievement.
